Items purchased from Woodicrafts’ online store are eligible for refund within 10 days of the date of delivery within Greece and 20 days for international returns. Refunds will not include any shipping or bank costs. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice. For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact [email protected]. Note that you can exchange  your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. We do not accept returns on engraved or custom made items.
